We had the last room - maybe it smelled a bit musty because it is rarely used.

It has beautiful and amazing setting on the Main Street into Port.

Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was very attentive during all this time. The restaurant was good for dinner, we ordered fine dishes. The view was delightful here.

The hotel is really very nice ! . The breakfast is overpriced. Unfortunately, our room always smelled musty. I don't know why. Otherwise very nice

the location and despite the amount of families and "young people" at the swim up bar, my room was quiet and I wasn't really disturbed.

I was only there 1 night but it was very nice.

Particularly good and gorgeous location to 4mile Beach and easy access to a main shopping street and a shopping street. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Aquarius. Well-organised and a decent size units and amicable staff on the staff member. Plentiful breakfast with barista coffee an extra charge and freshly made hot chocolate, as example, reasonably priced...

Here's my unfiltered experience

The gardens are beautiful, and the pools are well-maintained. The staff were attentive. It's the perfect getaway for anyone looking to unwind in lush tranquility. I'd love to return and reconnect with nature!

All we needed, pool, air con, apartment style, very comfortable, meals available if needed, excellent positioning for our holiday purposes.

pool complex was great for kids.

A few dollars should be spent on replacing worn gym equipment. Torn upholstery should be replaced and a fresh coat of paint, would not cost much but make the centre much better than it already is,

I had a nice stay at this resort! The location is super convenient, just a short drive from the beach and nearby attractions, making it easy to explore. I really enjoyed the pool area, it was lovely and relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was definitely a highlight-plenty of tasty options to start the day! The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy too, which is always a plus.

Check-in experience could be smoother!!! Room assignments were inconsistent, frustrating. Wait times for drinks at the pool bar were excessive, and cleanliness in common areas needs major attention!!!

flippant attitude of reception staff when told cant get hold of hotel manager to inform him that I ate in hotel restaurant and ended up at doctor with food poisoning! This ruined our stay with upset stomach.They were not interested and no one phoned me back.

**Note for this and following. I will say what I think here and don't want to be contacted further. I have said I wouldn't return but it's mainly because I don't like resorts. ** I thought the apartment was well set up, and pleasant to stay in

The food was on average poor. Not good tasting, presentation only moderate; set lunches (for conference) had unimaginative selection of foods, poorly cooked. Dressings and sauces were particulalry poor; accompaniments at meal times limited (e.g. prawns as main meal with 2 meagre dried thin slices of "bread"). The best thing about the food was having platters of fresh fruit at most occasions.

Relaxed by the pool and within comfort of room also. Took advantage of facilities in Port Douglas including visit to the Reef and Rainforest, both even better than expected.

Limited menu in dining room; transport back and forth to PD.
